The latter include his founding and leading Ultimate Pro Wrestling (sold to WWE, 2007) and Valor Fighting MMA (sold to K1, then the category leader, in 2011). Renowned for identifying emerging market opportunities, he combines strategic leadership with entrepreneurial vision to create businesses that shape culture and drive long-term growth. Rick is a stage 4 cancer survivor, and founder of nonprofit The Pit Bull Coalition.

Gabbi Tuft is the Founder of GLO, a former WWE Superstar, licensed sports nutritionist, and influential digital creator reaching more than 80 million monthly views across TikTok and Instagram. She combines expertise in health, wellness, and brand building to inspire millions while helping shape the future of performance nutrition.

Anthony Domenici, CFA, is the Founder and CEO of BASECAMP Consulting Group, where he helps emerging consumer brands build the financial systems and clarity needed to scale. With nearly 20 years of experience across finance, accounting, treasury, FP&A, and strategic planning, his background includes private equity and senior finance roles within large organizations before moving deeper into the consumer and CPG space. Today, Anthony focuses on cash flow, profitability, forecasting, and financial infrastructure, helping founders turn their numbers into better business decisions and sustainable growth.

Ryan Rutledge is a brand-led marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience building, repositioning, and scaling consumer brands. His background spans brand strategy, creative direction, product launches, growth marketing, and team leadership, with experience guiding both emerging companies and established global organizations. Ryan is known for combining big-picture brand thinking with hands-on execution to build stronger teams, sharper positioning, and sustainable growth.

Mae Butterfield brings more than a decade of national consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience, working with leading retailers and distributors across beverage, snack, wine and spirits, meat, and center-store categories. Her deep expertise in retail strategy, distribution, and commercialization helps drive successful market expansion and sustainable brand growth.

Haley Munger is the Operations Manager at GLO Ventures, where she helps keep teams, projects, and day-to-day business operations running smoothly. With a background spanning operations, talent, and team development, she brings a people-first approach to building efficient processes, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and helping the company scale with structure and consistency.

Matthew Oleson serves as Marketing Manager, leading cross-functional initiatives and overseeing the operational infrastructure that supports the company’s continued growth. With a focus on execution, efficiency, and scalable processes, he plays a key role in transforming strategy into results.

Odera O’Gonuwe is an Project Coordinator with more than five years of experience leading cross-functional teams across global events, product launches, and fast-paced business environments. His expertise in logistics, stakeholder management, and operational execution helps build the systems that support sustainable, high-growth brands.

Jason Scott is a venture ecosystem leader and strategic partnerships executive with a passion for connecting founders, investors, and innovators. Drawing on leadership experience at Google and as the founder of Five Two Five, he helps accelerate growth through collaboration, innovation, and meaningful partnerships.

Matt Talbot is the CEO and co-founder of Cast and the former co-founder and CEO of GoSpotCheck, an enterprise software company that grew to 150 employees, raised more than $70 million in funding, and was successfully acquired. A seasoned technology entrepreneur, Matt specializes in scaling high-growth companies, building innovative platforms, and creating award-winning organizational cultures.
